The ‘Sarcophagus of the Spouses’ is an iconic artwork from the Department of Greek, Etruscan, and Roman Antiquities collection at the Louvre Museum.
As part of the redesign of a section of the visitor route in this department, we designed a dedicated interactive kiosk for the exploration of this major artwork.
The kiosk allows users to manipulate a real-time 3D reproduction of the artwork and access associated points of interest. It is also complemented by extensive textual and iconographic content, as well as motion design video clips created by us.
The interactive device offers real-time 3D exploration of the artwork.
Points of interest provide contextualized information.
They grant access to detailed information.
A chronological approach complements this exploration.
