Experimentations

Mazedia is putting its solutions and Wezit developments through rigorous testing, focusing on enhancing the user experience.

These trials are conducted in partnership with museums, to ensure that innovative digital devices fit seamlessly into the museum mediation framework. By collaborating closely with museums and their audiences, Mazedia is able to offer solutions that not only meet the specific needs of the target audience, but also significantly enrich the overall visitor experience.

WEZIT EDUCATION AT THE MUSÉE DES ARTS ET MÉTIERS

In spring 2023, Mazedia conducted a WEZIT EDUCATION experiment at the Musée des Arts et Métiers, a museum of technological innovation, in Paris.

Participating students experienced the tool in its totality: from the discovery visit, accompanied by a museum educator, to the classroom workshop. This involved validating the continuum of educational activities, with a focus on the content’s scenarization and technical approach.

The results of this experiment were shared with museum professionals at a conference dedicated to new pedagogical practices in museums, hosted by the CLIC Club Innovation & Culture, with the Institut Français de l’Éducation, the Centre des Monuments Nationaux and the Musée des Arts et Métiers.

Wezit Live for groups

Wezit Live for school groups

Following the launch of WEZIT LIVE for individual visitors, Mazedia decided to go one step further and offer a dedicated interface for groups.

Two classes of students in Bucharest, Romania, took part in the experimentation of this new feature.

The guided tour is conducted live by a facilitator, and displayed on a large screen for the entire class.

Each group of students access the interactive 360° on a shared terminal, to explore the tour’s multimedia contents

The teacher takes on the role of moderator, monitoring chat and interactions with the guide.
