The GrandPalais Rmn is one of Paris’s most emblematic cultural sites, renowned for its Belle Époque architecture and its role in hosting major exhibitions, events and national manifestations.
After several years of renovation, the monument will reopen in 2025 and has commissioned Mazedia to redesign its mobile application to support this new visitor experience.
Developed with the Wezit Mobile solution, the new version prioritises a fluid and intuitive interface and integrates services adapted to visitor needs.
The application supports visitors from the preparation of their visit through to their on-site exploration.
It also provides audio-guided tours in French and English, along with a dedicated family trail.
The application offers a personal account including the digital ticket, as well as a filterable agenda and augmented editions using image recognition.
